Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day of posting to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days . Flat rate shipping fee of £2.70 applies for orders of 1 to 4 items going to the same address within the UK. For orders of more than 4 items please email us at sara@waywardarch.com so we can work out the best shipping price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA and Canada
At this time, we do not ship to any other countries.

USA and Canada 5 to 10 business days £10.60 flat rate Royal Mail International Tracked. For orders of more than 4 items please email us at sara@waywardarch.com so we can work out the best shipping price.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wayward Arch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sara@waywardarch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
